Dieting is now called Resistance Training! Love it! Another way to look at making healthier choices.
Many of us, including me, have made some type of resolution to become healthier. Could be by eating healthier foods, saying “No” to unhealthy foods or getting that cardio workout built into our weekly routines. If you really think about it, we really need to do ALL of these. Saying “Yes” to healthy foods, saying “No” to unhealthy foods and getting the exercise in there each week.
