We have been getting quite a few calls about emissions testing lately. Do you have a vehicle registered in one of the below SE counties in Wisconsin? If so, you will need to have an emissions test completed for that vehicle.
Vehicles kept in the following seven counties of southeastern Wisconsin are subject to emission testing: Sheboygan, Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha.
Testing is required at Change of Ownership (>5 model years) and at time of Registration Renewal (every 2 years).
Emissions testing is only required by residents in the above listed counties. Only auto repair facilities in these counties are able to complete this testing.
