My vehicle won’t start even with a new battery. Wow, talk about frustration! Anytime our vehicles do not start is such an inconvenience.
Are you hearing a clicking noise as you try to turn the key? How many miles are on your vehicle?
What’s appears to be happening is the battery is sending an electric signal to the starter, but the starter is not able to receive it; therefore, the engine will not start. You will need to have an auto mechanic check out the starter to see if it has failed. However; starters do not fail very often. They will generally last 3 or more years depending upon the owner’s driving habits.
Unfortunately, you will need to have the car towed to the repair shop. The mechanic will check the battery first to see if that could be the issue; as that is the starting point for diagnosing the problem.
