Driving on a flat tire is never a good idea! It’s totally understandable how much of a hassle it can be; not to mention the tow bill. But you really need to stop driving and have the tire repaired or replaced for your safety and others on the road.
Tires are expensive so if you can repair the tire instead of replacing it, you will keep more money in your pocket. The problem is, unless you inspect the tire you don’t really know if it can be repaired.
What we know for sure is, if you drive on a flat tire, you WILL be buying a new tire. For safety reasons it’s best to buy tires in pairs. So you will probably end of buying 2 new tires instead of just one.
Inspect your tires regularly, so you can stay on the road.
