Called to simply get break pads replace. And was told it was company policy to do all 4 break pads AND rotors $492. Being a car guy knowing my rotors are fine and wanted to change pads before rotors got bad was a good idea... well Bob didn't think so. This business like any other should bend over backwards to do whatever the customer wants.... not bob.

Mike, we appreciate your feedback. Being a professional auto repair shop, we have seen far too often a simple pad replacement cause untold damage and we simply will not do a pad replacement only. Brakes pads are only ½ of a brake job and we would never do ½ of any type of a job for any of our customers.

I highly recommend using Bob's Auto for anything you need done to your vehicle. I have taken my vehicles to them for the past year and they are always friendly, professional, and transparent when dealing with customers. I've been going to Bob's now for a few years.. We brought my husband's truck here after getting a quote of almost $2400 from the dealer for repairs. Bob's then did it for less than half, and found more issues to fix. I also took my car in to Bob's for a tire repair. They did their inspection and found everything to be fine. I took my car into the dealer the next day for a recall issue, and they told me that my brakes needed to be replaced immediately. When I told Bob's what had happened, they offered to check my brakes again to make sure they were fine, and they were. I appreciate their honesty and they are great to do business with.
