This was my first appointment with Bob's Auto for an oil change. The staff is very friendly and professional yet down to earth. Their pricing was very reasonable. I had to be to work that morning and they were able to provide me a ride to work and picked me up when my vehicle was completed. Great service. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

While visiting La Crosse from Colorado my 2014 Subaru Forester needed some mechanical work. Bob's Auto was able to get me scheduled within a day and had the work done promptly. They were $600 cheaper than the dealership. My experience with interacting with the owner Jim and their workers was over the top good. Two days later I had an AC drain that was plugged. This was unrelated to the replacement of my catalytic converter. I took the car back and they fixed that issue for no charge. I would recommend Bob's Auto without any reservation and will return if I need additional work and am in the La Crosse area. Good Job Bob's Auto. I am now a loyal customer.
