The crew at Bob's Auto Service are very friendly and give excellent advice on repairs and maintenance. My vehicle required maintenance, and the inspection they made was very useful in choosing repairs based on criticality and my budget, and helped with future maintenance and repair planning.. Problems with electrical circuitry discovered after replacement of a manifold heat shield were solved quickly when the business owner, Jim took personal interest in fixing the problem that turned out to be a poor electrical connection. Thank you , Jim! I highly recommend this auto service.

I am satisfied with good work, willingness to give explanations of problems and solutions. I feel no pressure, but rather the staff will give options on when and how to do repairs, or even if they are advisable. Most work comes with a multi-point checkup and when needed printed estimates.

I had not used Bob’s in the past, but I am now using them for everything in the future! My appointment was easy to set up online, and their communication was top notch. They put their employees first when there was as a sickness going around and called to ask if they could reschedule me. Their transparency and commitment had me impressed before I ever arrived. The car was done on time even with needing to source different parts locally and they communicated well the entire time. Customer service goes a long way, and Bob’s is top notch.

Very professional. I appreciated their communication with me throughout their assessment and work on my car. They let me know all the possible reasons for the problem as well as the possible costs involved. It ended up being the least expensive scenario, thankfully, but I appreciated being prepared for the worst.
