Great service, super friendly, very understanding of financial situations.

I live in the Milwaukee area and my son attends UWL. He had an issue with the brakes on his car. I called and spoke to Brian. He was more than willing to help us out based on the distance and circumstance. They went out of their way to have the repairs done in the same day and allowed my son to pick his car up, as well. Like my guy in Milwaukee, nothing beats top notch customer service. I'll make sure to use Bob's place to take care of the car in La Crosse.

I had such a wonderful experience with Bob's Auto that I will never bring my car anywhere else! I am always worried about taking my car in, because I know a grand total of about 6 things about cars. The guys at Bob's told me exactly what was needed, called me when they found another issue BEFORE they proceeded to fixed it, and took wonderful care of me and my car. They are kind, compassionate people who know what they are doing and they do it well. They even offered to drive me back home after dropping off my car. I recommend them to anyone!! Thank you guys so much and I will be seeing you for any future car repair needs!

Bob's auto is seriously the best. I took my Corolla here to get it inspected, and it turned out to have a broken water pump covered by a warranty I bought through Toyota. Because it was under warranty, I had to get it fixed at the local Toyota dealership. Even though Bob's Auto did a diagnostic for a half hour, it was free of charge because "they want to treat people how they'd like to be treated." They also gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off after work the day before & didn't have any other way home. These guys are amazing! Will be returning to them time and time again :) I'm so happy and grateful to have found an auto service shop I can confidently trust. Cannot recommend them enough. The reviews speak for themselves.

Highly recommend! Friendly, professional, and reasonable. One of my brake rotors went out the day before I needed to leave for an internship on the other side of the state. They got me in right away and had it fixed that same day! Totally saved me a lot of trouble! As a young female, I am always nervous about taking my car in for repairs because I feel like I have a target on my back to be screwed over by auto repair people- completely not the case here. They fixed exactly what was wrong with my car at a reasonable price and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Not to mention that the staff, from the receptionist to the mechanics, were incredibly warm and friendly. I would definitely take my car to Bob's again.

These guys have been my savior every time my car has an issue. They are alway friendly and help me understand exactly what is wrong and how they are going to fix it. They've always left me with a smile on my face and the knowledge they will help me with whatever problem may arise with my car.
