Crosse Auto Repair

I've been going to Bob's now for a few years.. We brought my husband's truck here after getting a quote of almost $2400 from the dealer for repairs. Bob's then did it for less than half, and found more issues to fix. I also took my car in to Bob's for a tire repair. They did their inspection and found everything to be fine. I took my car into the dealer the next day for a recall issue, and they told me that my brakes needed to be replaced immediately. When I told Bob's what had happened, they offered to check my brakes again to make sure they were fine, and they were. I appreciate their honesty and they are great to do business with.

I have never had such great service at an auto repair shop! They were very honest and fast. They kept me updated on the progress of the car the whole time. I would 100% recommend this place to take your car into.

I've gone to Bob's a few times now and the service is honest and very reasonable. As a recent graduate and new professional, it's important for me to get good quality service at a reasonable price. Along with the great car service, their customer service is excellent! I dropped my car off in the morning and Jim's wife, Kathy, happily gave me a ride to work. It eased the stress of not having a car and saved me money on a cab. Because of the friendly staff, honest service and reasonable price, I'll definitely be going back to Bob's Auto Service in the future!

If my car has issues in La Crosse, this is definitely the first place that I call. The people are very prompt, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have taken a number of vehicles to Bob's Auto Services over the years, and have always found Jim and his staff to be reliable and reasonable in terms of cost. It is a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere; Jim has always been welcoming during each of my visits, and it is only due to a recent move to Madison that I no longer routinely stop by for an oil change. Couldn't recommend a better service shop to use.
