Called to simply get break pads replace. And was told it was company policy to do all 4 break pads AND rotors $492. Being a car guy knowing my rotors are fine and wanted to change pads before rotors got bad was a good idea... well Bob didn't think so. This business like any other should bend over backwards to do whatever the customer wants.... not bob.

Mike, we appreciate your feedback. Being a professional auto repair shop, we have seen far too often a simple pad replacement cause untold damage and we simply will not do a pad replacement only. Brakes pads are only ½ of a brake job and we would never do ½ of any type of a job for any of our customers.
