A rating of 5 is tough to find. I appreciate that you provide a car when having our vehicle serviced. My schedule does not permit sitting to wait. We have now had 2 vehicles serviced. My Toyota Tacoma after no transmission oil change for 258,000 miles was serviced and 400 miles later seems to be running fine. Our other Chev Diesel truck had a slight leak on the back differential axil and a slight leak under the motor oil pan. Now 180 miles later is hard to tell. I suspect good. Bob & his wife were appreciative. Who makes cookies for their customers in today's market place? Their computer system reminds you of appointments and again. I believe this business is genuine and will do whatever it takes to insure a proper fix.

Was on my way to work at the hospital and my 23 year old Lexus SUV started emitting white smoke from under the hood. I called AAA and they brought it directly to Bob’s for repair. I had not used their service in the past, and was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently they were able to fix the problem, and got it up and running better than ever. I recommend them highly to anyone!

Had a muffler that rusted through, and thru no fault of theirs they warranty the muffler and tail pipe. Service was super quick and the rate they charged was more than fair. Super friendly very professional service, thanks

I had great service done a bit ago, and had a light pop up on my dashboard, I called, they got me in right away, and helped fix another issue at such a low cost. I can't say enough good things about everyone I interacted with!
