Rather quick service, very direct and to the point. Didn't get jerked around, pressured into false sales pitches, lied to or anything that usually comes with automotive shops. Let alone one working on foreign cars which is usually the worse! I asked for a specific service, they gave me the quote and stuck to it. I was advised that they would contact me BEFORE engaging in work beyond that quote, which was a comforting feeling and usually where shops get ya. In today's world that's as good as it gets. I will be back if need be in the future! Bobs is the real deal.
Good afternoon Robert! Thank you for all the positive comments. Looks like you asked for a diagnosis for the misfire, CEL and reason it may have stalled at stop lights. Absolutely no work gets completed until our customers receive the DVI (digital visual inspection) and we have discussed the results. Then repairs will be completed for any work our customers approve.
