I had recently bought a old truck and the extended cab door would not open. I made an appointment at bob's to see if the truck needed anything and to fix the door. They did an inspection and said nothing was wrong with it except for the door. They had my truck for two days and attempted to fix the door. They never even got the door open. I told them to leave the door panel off so I could try and fix it myself. Within 5 minutes of trying myself I got the door open. Which is frustrating itself but that's not all. BILL WAS $300!!! I understand mechanics with training spent time working on it but and that costs money but the fact that they really DIDNT DO ANYTHING and charged me $300 is outrageous.

Hi Luke. Sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations during your recent visit. You had two options to fix the rusted-shut door. 1. spray a lot of penetrating oil on the handle 2. cut out the handle and replace it. So we applied a lot of lubricating oil and we waited. We are glad to hear this worked and you were able to finish the repair on your own. Cathy

Jim is very kind, helpful, and straightforward. Took my car in for wiper issues and he had solved the problem within minutes!
