Jim was extremely friendly,helpful, and honest. I took in a car I'm looking to purchase for a pre-purchase inspection. He was up front with me, offered advice, and seemed to be an advocate for avoiding bring scammed by extende warranty companies and used car dealers. The fee was way cheaper than I was expecting and they got me in right away. I am so glad I took my car here. I highly trust Bob's Auto Services!

Pleased with service on my truck. Brakes wore out earlier than expected on my truck and they gave me a deal. Received loaner vehicle while truck was being repaired. Parts for my exhaust were less than I was expecting
