Hello Jerrold. Having to have a vehicle towed is very stressful. Many people rely upon their vehicles daily for many reasons. At Bob's we work hard to repair customer cars and get them back on the road as soon as possible. When you had your vehicle towed to us; our work schedule was completely full for that day and the following two weeks. While we do our best to accommodate peoples' requests for needed repairs; we simply could not get your vehicle repaired in the time that worked best for you.
