I went in to have my brakes & rotors replaced. Jim got me in earlier than the opening time to drop it off for an inspection. The inspection was very quick and they had it done early the next morning. There was an oversight on the inspection and they missed that one of my calipers needed to be replaced so they didn’t quote me for that. However Jim had it taken care of free of charge. Jim was very nice and honest about everything. I will definitely be returning for all of my other car needs and will be referring Bobs to everyone.
