Took my car then and he replaced parts behind my authorization. When the car died 2 weeks later, he shrugged. There were things missed and and bandaided but not repaired. I won't go back.

Jim and his employees were beyond helpful in my time of need i work on the road for a living and broke down with a flat near his shop. He took the time to access the situation and even though he was booked helped me get my spare on free of charge. Very nice local mechanics and would recommend to anyone in the Lacrosse area

A couple of months ago while traveling on a tight schedule from Florida to Minnesota to pick up a dog, I hit a patch of ice in the middle of the night that sent my truck spinning off the highway and caused a flat tire. I ended up getting towed the next morning to this facility for the repair and they were AMAZING! Despite all of their bays being full, after hearing what happened to me, they dropped what they were doing to repair my tire right then and there. Truly great people! I highly recommend this business. If I were local, I would be going to them for all of my automotive repair needs. Service: Tires

Bob’s took care of my daughter’s car when it wouldn’t start. Gave her a loaner so she could get back and forth to college and work while they were repairing hers. Great service all the way around. Thank you Services: Battery, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance
