Brought a running truck to them. Then when they called they said my truck is inoperable. Then then told me I have to pay anywhere from 2000-4000 to get it fixed. My other option was to tow it but they really were pushing me to junk the truck. This is weird because I told a friend I was going there and she said that her BF went there and they suggested he junk his car too. Anyway I towed my truck down the road they fixed it for 1200. These guys are way over priced on parts. They are not professional. And they seem to be suggesting that people junk their vehicles for some reason. Pretty shady dealings here. This is not good. Granny might take their advice not knowing better.

Called Monday for appointment. Got one for Wednesday. Dropped car off in morning. By 4pm the car still hadn't been touched. They appear to need 2 days for a simple OIL CHANGE. Won't make that mistake again

Hi Ann. Your original appointment was for an oil change only. When you dropped off your vehicle you had a check engine light that also needed to be diagnosed. We gave you a loaner vehicle so that you would not be inconvenienced for the extra time we would need. Sorry this did not meet your expectations.

Honest & concise assessment of needed repairs in a matter of minutes. I wish I would have started going to Bob's years ago. They clearly have higher standards of customer service and more knowledgeable technician's than the majority of auto repair options in La Crosse.

I took my car into Bob's for a scheduled diagnosis appointment. The mechanic who I turned my keys over to left my car unlocked in their lot for the whole weekend. I had over $2,000 worth of my property stolen from my car. The mechanic said he was unable to lock my car with the key fob (it works) and made no attempt to lock it manually or contact me. On top of that they made me pay $50 for the diagnosis. There also is a history of theft in area. Unless you have no other options, you're better off going somewhere else that doesn't charge you $100 for an oil change and will lock your car. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
