I took my car into Bob's for a scheduled diagnosis appointment. The mechanic who I turned my keys over to left my car unlocked in their lot for the whole weekend. I had over $2,000 worth of my property stolen from my car. The mechanic said he was unable to lock my car with the key fob (it works) and made no attempt to lock it manually or contact me. On top of that they made me pay $50 for the diagnosis. There also is a history of theft in area. Unless you have no other options, you're better off going somewhere else that doesn't charge you $100 for an oil change and will lock your car. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We have been in contact with the police department and our insurance company in regards to this situation. Unfortunately, our insurance company has noted that we are not responsible for thefts from customer cars. We will continue to work with the police in this matter.

First time customer. Called on a Friday needing to get my car in somewhere and they gave me a Tuesday morning appointment. Gave me a loaner car, it was clean and very useful to allow me to get to work. They fixed my car in an extremely timely manner at half the price of where I usually go. Highly recommend this place, will be going back for all my service needs. Service: Exhaust

The staff at Bob's is awesome! They took the time to listen to the symptoms of my vehicle that I described and got it remedied. We not only take our fleet vehicles there but started taking our personal vehicles there. Let's face it, no one likes taking a car in for service. But its something we have to do to keep our cars safe and road worthy. Bob's is truly one of those places I'd recommend to anyone.
