Great service. Diagnosed the problem,quoted me the findings asked which services wanted performed based on diagnosis. Fair, upfront and honest. Been going to Bob's for years and always treated fair and respectfully. Have not had any service work call backs.

While driving from Indianapolis for a vacation in northern Minn, our car suddenly started to make horrible thumping noises. We were near La Crosse so we pulled off the interstate and immediately began to search on our cell phone for an auto repair facility. After several calls, we finally connected with Bob's Auto Repair. In spite of their extremely busy schedule, they squeezed us in, thoroughly inspected and repaired our car. Thanks to Bob's Auto Repair we were on our way the next morning. This is good service above and beyond. Thank you!!!
