Terrible, scammed me and took advantage of my situation. I had a Honda Accord and I only had 30$ when I was going to college at UWL at the time and the car broke down and they towed the vehicle back to their place just to tell me that it was going to be scrapped. I had to give them all my money just for them to take my car and tell me that it's going to cost them money to scrap it. I had to walk back to my place in disbelief. I wouldn't trust them Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are AAA approved for auto repairs; however. We diagnose customer vehicles as needed. We then call customers to discuss our findings. The customer always decides how they want to proceed. This is an amazing place! The owners and mechanics went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was safe and could get me home (Oklahoma) for the holidays. They stayed open an extra hour to make sure my car and another car got done that day (most shops close and tell you it will be one more day!) THANK YOU!!! I would definitely recommend them! As ever wonderful service! I needed a new battery and even though they were really busy they were able to get me in this morning and check to see if it was the battery and it was and it's got a new battery and everything is wonderful!

Our son's car broke down while away at school in La Crosse and we are in the Milwaukee area. Many parents posted great reviews about Bob's Auto Service on the UWL Family Facebook page. We had the same great experience this last week. I would definitely return to Bob's if we have issues in the future while our two kids are going to school in La Crosse.
