A couple of months ago while traveling on a tight schedule from Florida to Minnesota to pick up a dog, I hit a patch of ice in the middle of the night that sent my truck spinning off the highway and caused a flat tire. I ended up getting towed the next morning to this facility for the repair and they were AMAZING! Despite all of their bays being full, after hearing what happened to me, they dropped what they were doing to repair my tire right then and there. Truly great people! I highly recommend this business. If I were local, I would be going to them for all of my automotive repair needs. Service: Tires

Jim and his employees were beyond helpful in my time of need i work on the road for a living and broke down with a flat near his shop. He took the time to access the situation and even though he was booked helped me get my spare on free of charge. Very nice local mechanics and would recommend to anyone in the Lacrosse area

I rolled over a deer on the highway and had some strange noises coming from the underside of my car. I dropped it off in the morning and they had my car looked at and fixed by around noon. Very friendly and excellent service. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible, scammed me and took advantage of my situation. I had a Honda Accord and I only had 30$ when I was going to college at UWL at the time and the car broke down and they towed the vehicle back to their place just to tell me that it was going to be scrapped. I had to give them all my money just for them to take my car and tell me that it's going to cost them money to scrap it. I had to walk back to my place in disbelief. I wouldn't trust them Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are AAA approved for auto repairs; however. We diagnose customer vehicles as needed. We then call customers to discuss our findings. The customer always decides how they want to proceed.
