Had a great experience! I got my car fixed at a competitor's shop and had a noise come up after. Took it back in and they told me it was a $1,200 fix for the noise (a strut going bad up front) and wasn't their fault. I took it to Bob's to get a second opinion; turns out that it was a part that cost me less than $150 to replace! They did let me know the struts & shocks will need to be replaced in the next 6 months but quoted me a better price for all 4 than just the 1. Thank you Bob's for the great service!

We had oil leak in our garage due to an oil filter not being put in tight enough after an oil change. Within 30 minutes of letting them know, it was fixed and I was home. Then to top it off, they sent two guys to our house to clean up the oil mess on the garage floor. I never expected them to do that, but as a busy mom of 5, I sure did appreciate it! Their customer service is top notch and they do honest, quality work. I highly recommend Bob's Auto Service! Services: Oil change, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I urge you to get a second opinion if you want something big done here. I went to Bob's for my power steering going out. After all was said and done they quoted me $2500. Now my dad is a mechanic (sadly in Kentucky, so I cant just take my car to him), and I told him what they said, amd he urged me to get a 2nd opinion because it sounded like they were trying to take advantage. Well I listened to dad, amd turns out I was able to go to a reputable mechanic and have the problem fixed for under $300. The 2nd mechanic said my car didnt need all the hoses/flushes/alignment/new rack like what Bob's said I did. My car is now working beautifully, amd turning like a champ :) Service: General repairs & maintenance
