First time customer. Called on a Friday needing to get my car in somewhere and they gave me a Tuesday morning appointment. Gave me a loaner car, it was clean and very useful to allow me to get to work. They fixed my car in an extremely timely manner at half the price of where I usually go. The staff at Bob's is awesome! They took the time to listen to the symptoms of my vehicle that I described and got it remedied. We not only take our fleet vehicles there but started taking our personal vehicles there. Let's face it, no one likes taking a car in for service. But its something we have to do to keep our cars safe and road worthy. Bob's is truly one of those places I'd recommend to anyone. My go-to mechanic in La Crosse. They are honest and do efficient, quality work at a fair price. They are experts at what they do and take the time to explain, if you care to understand your repairs. Service is always top notch. Worth their weight in gold as far as mechanics are concerned.
