WOULD NOT RECOMMEND: I went in to have a battery check done. He quoted me $45.00 which I thought was reasonable. Then he told me he would have it done by noon. They didn't have it done until 3pm. I went to pick it up to find out they wanted to "fix a problem" they found by pulling out my back seat, which they stained, to tell me a part was recalled. I called the dealer and the "recalled part" didn't apply to my car, so that was also a lie. I paid $104.00 for the battery check and for them to tell me I have a recalled fuel injector, a stained back seat and front seat, and for them to remove a seat and do additional work without calling me and getting my permission first. Turns out everything they did because "it was necessary" was a lie after getting it checked by a second opinion. After I returned to work, I grabbed my jacket that I had left in the back seat during the maintenance out to find they had used my jacket and books to cover up the stains from removing my back seat. When I called them back to complain about it, they said it was probably there before I brought the car in. Even though I had the car detailed just days before, and nothing and no one but my jacket and books had been in the back seat since. Especially not something black on my tan interior. 👎🏼👎🏼🙄

We use a computer program that alerts us when there is a bulletin for vehicles that we are servicing. It was informing us your vehicle had a bulletin out for the fuel injector, thus we advised speaking to a dealership; which I see you did. Thank you. Our technician checked on the injector issue for you by moving the back seat. Unfortunately, some fingerprints were unknowingly left on your seats. We never lie to our customers and when we make an error, we reach out to our them and try to resolve the problem immediately. If my memory serves me correctly, we offered to have you come in so that we could take care of the finger prints. That offer still stands. Have a great week!
