I have never had such great service at an auto repair shop! They were very honest and fast. They kept me updated on the progress of the car the whole time. I would 100% recommend this place to take your car into.

I've gone to Bob's a few times now and the service is honest and very reasonable. As a recent graduate and new professional, it's important for me to get good quality service at a reasonable price. Along with the great car service, their customer service is excellent! I dropped my car off in the morning and Jim's wife, Kathy, happily gave me a ride to work. It eased the stress of not having a car and saved me money on a cab. Because of the friendly staff, honest service and reasonable price, I'll definitely be going back to Bob's Auto Service in the future!

If my car has issues in La Crosse, this is definitely the first place that I call. The people are very prompt, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have taken a number of vehicles to Bob's Auto Services over the years, and have always found Jim and his staff to be reliable and reasonable in terms of cost. It is a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere; Jim has always been welcoming during each of my visits, and it is only due to a recent move to Madison that I no longer routinely stop by for an oil change. Couldn't recommend a better service shop to use.

Very accommodating! Jim went out of his way to help me get everything taken care of! Excellent service, got me in and out within a matter of a few days. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys!!

I had to get my radiator replaced, and Bobs was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. They gave me a reasonable quote and had my vehicle done that afternoon. A few days later, my engine was making a strange noise. I brought it back to Bobs, and they replaced a worn belt - free of charge. Timely service, reasonable estimates, and fantastic friendly service. Highly recommend them.
