I appreciate their professionalism. They are very honest and upfront with me, and took care to ask about how I use my car when recommending repairs. They will not upsell you on an un-needed product or fake repair. They seem to value repeat customers over a quick buck. Honest and dependable. Also for a person like me who does not take good care of their car their reminder system, quick scheduling, and loaner cars are incredibly useful!

Bob's the best! Broken belt on my car.They said they couldn't get to it today (It was a Friday morning and closed weekends), and all of their loaners were out. They drove me to the airport to get a rental. Turns out they were able to repair it that afternoon and I got it back by close of business the same day. Brian was an awesome service advisor, and the gentleman that drove me to get the rental was kind. I highly recommend Bobs and will continue to use their services in the future!

I called Bob’s to arrange a first time oil change for my daughter who attends college in LaCrosse. They made arrangements to fit her schedule later in the day. I appreciate the great customer service and level of trust which they provided me and my daughter. 5 stars without a doubt.

Was driving from Idaho to Indiana and the car started acting up in La Crosse, WI. Called around, but no one could fit me in. Then I called Bob's. They made time for me, checked out my car and got us back on the road within a few hours. I was in a bind, so I was expecting to get screwed. But these guys took great care of us. They turned a huge headache into a minor inconvenience.
