Looks like I found a good reliable service shop. They did a good job. Only complaint I have is that it took a ridiculously long time, over an hour and a half, just for a simple oil change. It’ll give them another try next time. Maybe this was just a fluke and they had unexpected problems with other customers. Everybody has an occasional bad day.

Bob’s Auto has a very friendly staff. It didn’t take long to get an appointment. I’ve been going to Bob’s Auto for a couple of years now. So far, so good! I’ve been to a couple other places in La Crosse and I feel I was taken advantage of being a woman. My issues were not fixed and was charged for services not completed. I have not had this experience at Bob’s Auto.
