I am three hours away from my college student at UWL. I called to see if they could help. Robert and Cesar helped me over the phone when I called two separate times. Gave me recommendations on where to go for a new battery (and tow if we needed one) because they were booked until after she has to drive home for the holidays. They answered all my questions and offered to help when they weren’t booked. But their recommendations and guidance were successful!! Very professional and supportive. We will definitely be calling if more issues arise. Peace of mind knowing they are right down the street from my daughter to help is everything for this Mama!

Bob's was very easy to deal with. My child was in college and needed repairs. They got the car in and were easy to deal with, especially with me being hours away. They kept me informed about what was going on and let me pay over the phone when everything was done. They even provided a loaner car so nothing with school or work was disrupted.
