Bob's did a great job in repairing my daughter's car who was away at college, it was so nice and great to have an auto repair company you can trust and count one when you are 3 hours away and your daughter needs help. Jim was very responsive, helpful and timely in the repairs. They kept me informed on the delivery of parts and the estimates were very true, there were No Surprises. I would recommend Bob's Auto to anyone needed work done and so glad we found them for my daughter's car. Thank You!!

As always, the guys at Bob’s are really nice and friendly, and aren’t pushy at all. They told me about a bad tire pressure sensor and bad wiper blade when I was getting was an oil change and a tire rotation, but were totally cool when I said I didn’t want to fix the tire sensor and I could do the wiper swap myself.

Jim and Nelson were incredibly helpful with my daughter and her car. This was my daughter's first experience with auto shops and having to "adult". The entire Auto shop was completely respectful and help for her. My daughter's words; "They were all super nice there. They didn't talk down and made me feel like I could ask questions. If I ever have any more car troubles here (UWL), I'll definitely go there if I ever have a problem." As a parent that is 300 miles away...THANK YOU for taking care of my daughter's repair needs and thank you for the respect that you showed!

My daughter is a student at UW LaCrosse and was experiencing some issues with her car that concerned her, since college is hours from home, she called me and we discussed looking for a repair shop that had high reviews since we were worried about a college student getting taken advantage of by a dishonest shop like her mother experienced years ago while attending UW Madison. She chose Bobs and kept me informed. What impressed me initially was the estimate of concerns came with photos of said issues, then, after she spoke with the gentleman at the shop she was impressed with how they spoke to her like a normal customer explaining the issues without treating her like a clueless girl. I spoke to the employees as well and they were straight up and honest with me and not pushy whatsoever to have the repairs completed. We ultimately decided to purchase a different vehicle for peace of mind. I would like to personally thank each individual who had interaction with my daughter when she brought her Lincoln in for troubleshooting, you men reinforce that at the end of the day, there are still honest hardworking men making a living treating people with respect rather than figuring out how to make an easy buck, my hats off to you with gratitude.

We are located fairly close to UWL campus and do have a number of students come here. College students have a special place in our hearts. Our daughter went to college out of town at one point and we know how stressful that can be. Having a repair shop you can trust is SO important. Thank you for trusting us with your daughters car.
