My daughter is a student at UW LaCrosse and was experiencing some issues with her car that concerned her, since college is hours from home, she called me and we discussed looking for a repair shop that had high reviews since we were worried about a college student getting taken advantage of by a dishonest shop like her mother experienced years ago while attending UW Madison. She chose Bobs and kept me informed. What impressed me initially was the estimate of concerns came with photos of said issues, then, after she spoke with the gentleman at the shop she was impressed with how they spoke to her like a normal customer explaining the issues without treating her like a clueless girl. I spoke to the employees as well and they were straight up and honest with me and not pushy whatsoever to have the repairs completed. We ultimately decided to purchase a different vehicle for peace of mind. I would like to personally thank each individual who had interaction with my daughter when she brought her Lincoln in for troubleshooting, you men reinforce that at the end of the day, there are still honest hardworking men making a living treating people with respect rather than figuring out how to make an easy buck, my hats off to you with gratitude.

We are located fairly close to UWL campus and do have a number of students come here. College students have a special place in our hearts. Our daughter went to college out of town at one point and we know how stressful that can be. Having a repair shop you can trust is SO important. Thank you for trusting us with your daughters car. It looks like after some diagnostics, pictures and discussions your daughter will be getting a different vehicle. Kudos to you for recognizing that this is the better option!
