Bob's was very easy to deal with. My child was in college and needed repairs. They got the car in and were easy to deal with, especially with me being hours away. They kept me informed about what was going on and let me pay over the phone when everything was done. They even provided a loaner car so nothing with school or work was disrupted.

The blower on my heater cooler was stuck on the highest. I'm going on a car trip next week and I couldn't have this. There's been a problem with a blower in the past and we did it through warranty. Even though Bob's didn't have much time they did take my car in and found the problem and fixed it. And again it was on warranty. I'm so grateful

My daughters vehicle was having a no start issue. I was certain she was going to need a new starter and that was the problem. Being a bit oblivious about the battery because my daughter tried to jump start the vehicle and it would not turn over. Bob's Auto helped me with a Towing Service and I had it towed there. Told them I needed a new starter. They first wanted to troubleshoot for the problem, and I am appreciative that they wanted to be thorough and not just replace the starter. Instead they found the battery to be bad and replaced it. I consider Bob's Auto Service to be very trustworthy and would definitely use them again. Availability of After hours pick up was nice.

My transmission in my Honda Odyssey was acting up. So after doing some research and watching some YouTube videos, I had a hunch of what the problem was. It was just a little bit too much for me to tackle on my own at home, so I brought it to Bobs and told them what my hunch was about the transmission. The guys took my hunch seriously and looked into what I was saying might be the problem. I thought it was really nice that they didnt waste any time looking for other things although they did tell me a few things that they saw that were concerning along the way. I definitely recommend Bobs auto.
