Didn't follow directions, tried to upsell work I didn't want.
Hello Frank. I see that your first-time visit did not meet your expectations. I apologize for that. All vehicles that come in get a complete inspection. We then let customers know what our findings are and send them a digital inspection with pictures. We felt your vehicle was worth the investment in repairs. You did not agree. And that's fine. We were letting you know, in our opinion, that we felt you had a vehicle worth repairing. If that felt like we were trying to upsell you, we are sorry. Customers always have the final say in what, if any, repairs are completed. Feel free to contact us with any other concerns or questions you have. Cathy
