Made an appointment for a starter problem. Said that my negative post was not tight enough so cleaned terminals and charged me $165.00 for job supplies & diagnostic s/labor. That did not fix the problem. Took my truck back to them & they found it was the starter. Charged me an additional $390.00 in job supplies & labor. Add a starter, manifold gasket set & air filter and with tax a total of $1110.00 was spent. Wow, what a great deal!. Sure hope this solves the problem.

Hi David. Our records show that you had an infrequent dead start issue. We took out a nail to repair the battery connection. Unfortunately, we could not duplicate the no start issue on your initial visit. The starter on your Nissan truck is mounted under the intake manifold; which increases the labor time. Glad that we were able to locate a starter in Tomah and got you back on the road the same day. Please reach out with any further concerns. Cathy & Jim

I’m an out of town traveler, I had issue with my car at the time. Stopped in explained my issue, and they were unable to help me and referred me to another shop. Which did help and fix issue (1). I later came back regarding issue with my truck, they weren’t able to complete in time I wanted, but reassured me that when all parts arrived it would get fixed correctly!! And I appreciate them for giving me a Peace Of Mind. And Yes I would refer them to anyone who needs there auto fixed!!
