Great customer service. Helpful, informative, & a wealth of communication, which is important in business. Have had two oil changes with Bob’s Auto Service now. On my 2nd, they didn’t have a loaner for me so Jim loaned me his own vehicle, very courteous of him. Thanks guys, keep up the smooth work!

When we were held up by road construction, Q stayed after closing time on Friday of Labor Day weekend to replace our battery. It was so nice of him to go that extra mile and make sure our holiday weekend got off to a great start! These guys always give us excellent service.

Two great experience’s in getting my vehicle an oil change with Bob’s auto now. The second time, they were out a loaner vehicle & Jim gave me his own personal vehicle to use, very kind & generous of him. Can’t say enough positive things about the quality of staff & service at Bob’s auto. Thanks!
