I had Bob's servicing "mystery" problems which ending up requiring a taking longer than usual to diagnosis and service. Nelson kept in consistent communication with me regarding what they were finding and how we could most effectively proceed in the most cost-effective way. John, the mechanic, took me out for a drive to experience and discuss options for addressing the issue. Thanks for the great service!

I brought my car in since it would not start without revving. I explained how I replaced the battery and filter but had no other knowledge of cars. The people at Bob’s auto were very communicative with me and took my car in that afternoon. The next day, I was given a quote and had the issue finished by the end of that day! I didn’t even have the car in the shop for 24 hours. They also sent a full review of the visit with pictures of possible trouble spots in the future and explanations of solutions. I highly recommend Bob’s auto if you’re in the La crosse area!

Recently I had required service maintenance performed on my vehicle at Bob's Auto Service. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done. They gave me a ride home and worked on what I needed to be done. They also completed a full inspection of my vehicle and took pictures of all the repairs needed. They identified two extra items that needed to be replaced and phoned me to inform me of the problems and asked if I wanted to replace the parts. When all the necessary work was completed, they phoned me again and sent a person to pick me up and drive me to their shop. The folks at Bob's were very courteous and professional. They were considerate of my feelings and requirements. I would highly recommend Bob's Auto Service to anyone that requires service on their automobile.

Had a great experience with Bob’s Auto. My daughter was having trouble with her brakes and we were able to get the car in quickly and pick up the same day. Staff were extremely helpful and the service was above and beyond.

On my way to Gundersen Clinic with my parents and got a flat tire. Stopped at two other places in LA Crosse and nobody would help me! Stopped at Bob's Auto Service in La Crosse and they took the time to fix it immediately!!! I live 90 miles from La Crosse and did not want to drive all the way home on a spare! Guy at front desk was helpful as could be and the young man that fixed my tire was very professional! If your near Gundersen Clinic and need tire or car repair, this is the place to go!
