Bob’s Auto has a very friendly staff. It didn’t take long to get an appointment. I’ve been going to Bob’s Auto for a couple of years now. So far, so good! I’ve been to a couple other places in La Crosse and I feel I was taken advantage of being a woman. My issues were not fixed and was charged for services not completed. I have not had this experience at Bob’s Auto.

Bob's automotive service has been someone I could trust. My grandson has his truck serviced there and they have been helpful to explain everything. I appreciate their ability to let me know why something has to be done and the turn around is relatively quick. I happy with their service and will have my grandson bring his car there again.

My vehicle needed to be dropped off by tow truck after hours. They called me next day to discuss options and kept me advised on the progress. Guys were knowledgeable and answered my questions, would definitely use again when in Wisconsin.
