Bob's Auto Service is by far the best auto shop I've been to. As a college student who doesn't know much about cars, the guys there were honest and timely with their repairs. They even went out of their way to find a different part I needed for a much cheaper price.

My son is a student at UW Lacrosse. He called to tell me he had a noise he thought was suspension related in his 2000 Accord. Because he lives 160 miles from home, I told him to bring it in to have it looked at. He called me later to tell me that the sway bar links and bushings needed to be replaced and he was charged 360.00. I went online and found the most expensive parts were around 70. Add at most 100.00 for labor. He got ripped off.

Used to take all of my vehicles to a local service shop, then they closed. I've been struggling to find another that I felt could be trusted 100%...looks like I found it with Bob's Auto Service. They have a life long client. Top service and work was spot on!

Bob's Auto Service is hands down the best auto shop I have ever been to! The customer service is incredible and when I explained what was wrong with my vehicle they made sure to get me in that day to get it fixed. I would highly suggest everyone to bring your vehicles here!

We've taken our vehicles here since we moved to La Crosse in 2013, and have never been disappointed. After moving to a new area, it is always a gamble trying to find a mechanic you can trust. I have always felt that they have dealt with me honestly and fairly. Yesterday, after completing some work on my van, the owner called to tell me thanks for my business. What a class act, and a great business!

Great place, great service and excellent staff. It is so expensive to have service done. But these guys are meticulous and courteous. I just wish it was a little cheaper to have service done that I can't do.
