Have brought all my cars here since I moved to La Crosse. They have always treated me fair and have been honest and up front about the cost of repairs.

Bob's Auto Service is everything you would ever want out of an auto shop. Honest, professional, helpful, and friendly. I had an experience with a truck I had purchased. They helped me every step of the way with guidance and in depth diagnostic and opinions. They were a shining example of a buisness that puts their customer's safety and dollar first. They made my experience as positive as it possibly could be. Brian was a Rockstar through it all. I will be returning for every vehicle related service I will ever need in the future. In December I had no heat in my vehicle. I took it to my local shop and they quoted me 1300.00 to fix it. They said it was an extensive repair and my vehicle would be down for a week. I can’t afford that much so I called Bobs for a quote. I was given a quote over the phone of 390.00. They did the work and I am so happy to have heat again. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy and I will continue to take the 40 mile trip to bring my vehicle there.

Bob's is not even deserving of a 1 star rating. Total. Rip. Off. We recently had a check engine light issue so took car to Bob's Auto Service. After waiting several days to have it looked at, found that the estimate was extremely high. In view of the high estimate, decided to get another estimate. We were referred to a reputable 5 star auto service in La Crosse. Glad we did, as their estimate was less than half of Bob's. The estimate that Bob provided included unnecessary repairs which increased cost, additionally exact same repairs were much higher at Bob's-in fact more than double. We ended up having to pay $115 to Bob's for the estimate with no work done. I do not recommend Bob's. They should not be in business.

Lost our brakes.4 hours from home. fast friendly service. even let us use a vehicle to go get lunch while we waited. Back on the road in 3 hours. treated fairly and respectfully. great job guys thank you

Bobs Auto is the best! Great customer service with Brian, Jim and Cathy are always so friendly and helpful, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and overall awesome! Bob’s Auto always accommodates transportation to drop off and pick up car making the entire process easy for customers! Highly recommend!!
