My go-to mechanic in La Crosse. They are honest and do efficient, quality work at a fair price. They are experts at what they do and take the time to explain, if you care to understand your repairs. Service is always top notch. Worth their weight in gold as far as mechanics are concerned.

I have been going to Bob's Auto for over 5 years and they have been nothing but incredible. They never try to "pull one over" on me and are always willing to show me exactly what is going on with my vehicle and work with me to prioritize when necessary. They also have no problem if I fix a few items myself such as rotors and pads. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and great company to fix your car - these guys are the ones for you! Had a great experience! I got my car fixed at a competitor's shop and had a noise come up after. Took it back in and they told me it was a $1,200 fix for the noise (a strut going bad up front) and wasn't their fault. I took it to Bob's to get a second opinion; turns out that it was a part that cost me less than $150 to replace! They did let me know the struts & shocks will need to be replaced in the next 6 months but quoted me a better price for all 4 than just the 1. Thank you Bob's for the great service!

We had oil leak in our garage due to an oil filter not being put in tight enough after an oil change. Within 30 minutes of letting them know, it was fixed and I was home. Then to top it off, they sent two guys to our house to clean up the oil mess on the garage floor. I never expected them to do that, but as a busy mom of 5, I sure did appreciate it!
