Rated lower due to the cost. Very expensive. Wish I would have obtained more estimates and searched other places. Labor is the going rate but the mark up on parts is quite high. Not willing to adjust estimate even when offered cash as payment. Service was great, no complaints in the customer satisfaction area. More pricey than expected. 2 stars as will look for different place to take our vehicles in the future.

I highly recommend Bob's, they are professional, honest and explain everything. Our daughter goes to college in LaCrosse and Bob's has helped us out a few times with our daughter's car. Always explains to our daughter but calls us too.

I have received an excellent service at Bob's couple of weeks ago. I thought there was a problem with something they've fixed couple of years ago, but it turned out to be a new tear and wear. They've checked and rechecked my car, and while doing that, they've let me use their shop van to run to doctor's appointment. They didn't charge me anything, but made sure my car was safe to operate. Great customer service, thank you Brian!

Even though I have only brought a couple of my vehicles here to be serviced/fixed a couple of times they were so nice! They fixed the problem and also very quick about it so I wouldn't be with out my vehicle for very long. I definitely recommend going to Bob's auto service!

Took My Jeep Wrangler in for some front end work. They discovered it didnt need all the work in the estimate. Other shops might have looked away and charged me for work not done. Not Bobs! They saved me over $600.00. Honest, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Bobs Auto Service. Thanks Guys! YOU ROCK!!!!
