I would highly highly recommend Bob’s. As a college-age female they treated me with high levels of respect and explained everything to me very clearly. My first time there it was pouring rain, and the owner chauffeured me home with a little gift package as well. My second time there they let me borrow one of their cars to get to/from work no extra charge. I always trust them with my vehicle!

HUGE RIP OFF ! This shop charged me $371.13 + tax to change the filter on my transmission. This part (kit) cost $32 at the auto parts store and takes about 35 minutes to install. I know because I performed this task many times while serving in the Military. The price they originally quoted to me was $97.00 less. The excuses they used to explain the big price increase were a BUNCH OF LIES. The more I questioned them about the extra charges, the more lies they told me. THESE ARE VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE !

Fantastic service. My car had a part fall off on the interstate while I was driving to Minnesota. They reattached the part in minutes and had me back on the road for free.

Oh no! That must have been scary. More than happy to get it put back on, so you could get to where you were going. Have a great weekend.

I thoroughly enjoy going to Bob's Auto for my auto needs. I have gone to them for a vehicle that was having problems and they gave me excellent advice on how to move forward. I've also had oil changes there which were quick and completed earlier than expected, which was very nice. Guys are very good at what they do. Brian will usually try and do everything he can to squeeze you in the same day . Some days it's just impossible.
