Maybe you have heard of OEM parts, but not sure what O-E-M stands for. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. OEM parts are highly recommended by your vehicle's manufacturer, of course! However, most of the time a well-made aftermarket part will work just as well, for a lower price. Here at Bob's Auto, we use aftermarket parts 99% of the time. We also offer a Lifetime Warranty on non-wear parts. For example, if we install a door window regulator and it goes bad within a few months from the installation date, we will replace it for no charge (includes parts and labor)! We do need to have the broken part in order to complete the warranty on our end, so the repair needs to be completed here, at Bob's Auto. The forecast for the next 10 days is crazy! From a high of 23 degrees tomorrow (after an overnight low of low of 10 degrees) to highs in the upper 60s. Keep your winter, spring and summer gear handy. You will need some or all of it!  

This warmer weather sure has me thinking about upcoming road trip season! As the weather gets warmer, many of us will be rolling our windows down to engage our senses. AHHH! Think, Road Trip Safety! The young children in our vehicles will want to do the same thing. You may want to consider setting the lock windows option to a setting that you are comfortable with. Our grandson loves to have his window down all the way as often as he can. Sometimes his thermostat is set just a bit lower that ours! LOL! Engaging the child locks on your rear doors would be another safety issue to consider. While not too many children will try to open the car doors, accidents can happen when they are goofing around. As always, stay safe out there!
