Good News: The car was towed to Bob's Auto for repairs. Bad news: Mr. Toad did not keep up on his car's maintenance needs. Yep! That's how it is in Wisconsin! Always be ready for all types of weather 365 days a year. I find it a little scary to put the winter coats away before Mother's Day in May, but I did just that this year. Hope that decision doesn't backfire on me.  

Lucille Ball! What a lady! I loved watching her show, I Love Lucy! This show first aired October 15, 1951, and ran for 6 seasons ending in 1957. This superior actress died in 1989 at the age of 77 from a ruptured aorta. You can easily watch "I Love Lucy"show reruns. Just do a Google search.  

We were expecting (not wanting) another small snowstorm. Well, that is exactly what we got! A snowstorm! The National Weather Service reported 5.6" of snow at higher elevations around Lacrosse with 4.4" of snow reported in the area at lower elevations. And boy was it heavy! Thankful to live by such amazing neighbors! While I was scooping the snow off the sidewalk our neighbor was plowing our driveway. So very thankful! PS I have not seen a robin yet this year.... sure to be a bit longer before I do

Oh boy! And I thought dogs were the animals to get into regular trouble at home. I'm not sure who was more surprised to see all the water on the floor... the cat or the homeowner
