Maybe you have heard of OEM parts, but not sure what O-E-M stands for. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. OEM parts are highly recommended by your vehicle's manufacturer, of course! However, most of the time a well-made aftermarket part will work just as well, for a lower price. Here at Bob's Auto, we use aftermarket parts 99% of the time. We also offer a Lifetime Warranty on non-wear parts. For example, if we install a door window regulator and it goes bad within a few months from the installation date, we will replace it for no charge (includes parts and labor)! We do need to have the broken part in order to complete the warranty on our end, so the repair needs to be completed here, at Bob's Auto.
