I was driving down the streets of Onalaska on my way to my sister's place for a short visit today. I happened to drive past a daycare in which the kids were outside playing. One of the rubber balls had been kicked over the fence. Several kids were looking with frowns on their faces as the ball rolled across the road to the curb. A lady traveling in the direction of the ball, stopped, picked it up and returned it to the kids! Not only did the kids shout with glee for getting their ball back, but this very thoughtful lady had a big smile too! Go out there and make someone's evening special!  

Memorial Day weekend starts Friday May 26th... less than 2 weeks away! This weekend is considered the kickoff celebration for the beginning of summer. Many people hit the road for time with family or friends. Is your vehicle ready for summer? Have you completed any maintenance that your vehicle needs? Wisconsin Weather! This is certainly how I am feeling about now! It was so cold this weekend, I used my winter coat and the heater in the car was set at a toasty 75. Oh well, I'm enjoying my daffodils and the tulips are opening soon!    

Tackle Box season will be here soon! With that will be opportunities to set aside our electronic devices and enjoy each other's company. Enjoy the upcoming warm spring days... I know we will be enjoying them soon!
